Kathy has over fifteen years’ experience of Private Equity as both an adviser and as a direct investor.
A law graduate from University College London, Kathy qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC. Based in Corporate Finance, she advised both PE houses and management teams in buyout situations. Four years later, she joined the 3i Buyout team and spent six years originating and; executing direct investments for their £5bn pan-European fund. In 2010, Kathy joined Cobalt as one of only four head-hunters in the team with direct PE investment experience and in 2016 left to set up Florey Partners.
Away from her desk, Kathy is a keen skier and horse-rider, an occasional runner and an avid rugby union fan. Any remaining free time is spent outdoors attempting to train her hugely enthusiastic Springer Spaniel.
